• Promotion is subject to availability upon reservation request.

• Promotion is valid until 30 April 2025 for arrival on or before 30 April 2025.

• Applicable to new reservations for Furnished Apartments at CHI 314 with minimum stay of one calendar month.

• Electrical charges, housekeeping services and linen/towel change are not included for furnished apartment rental.

• Electrical charges will be applied accordingly to consumption while housekeeping services and linen/towel change can be arranged with additional charges.

• Pets are welcome, additional pet fee will be applied.

• Advance payment of one month rental and one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) are required to secure reservation.

• No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the reservation is confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

• Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

• Extension of stay subject to price revision.

• Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
