Terms and Conditions:

  • Promotion is subject to availability upon reservation request.

  • Promotion is valid until 31 December 2022 for arrival on or before 31 December 2022.

  • Applicable to new direct reservations for Studio 340 sq.ft. or One Bedroom 520 sq.ft. / 600 sq.ft. at CHI 138 with minimum stay of one calendar month.

  • Applicable to individual booking only.

  • Small-sized pets are welcome, additional pet fee will be applied.

  • Housekeeping service once a week with linen and towel change (Except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).

  • Complimentary weekly 8lbs ordinary weight laundry for reservation of Studio 290 sq.ft. or 340 sq.ft. (without in-room wasking/drying machine), additional HK$12/lbs will be charged for over 8lbs.   

  • Monthly rate includes government rates and tax, management fee, services charges, utility charges and broadband connection.

  • Advance payment of one month rental and one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) are required to secure reservation.

  • No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the reservation is confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

  • Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

  • Extension of stay subject to price revision.

  • Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
