Q : Are pets allowed in the apartments?
A :
CHI has an "all welcome" pet policy. Pets of all sizes and shapes are welcome. Our housekeepers enjoy giving them lots of attention and cuddles!
Q : Is a laundry service offered?
A :
Yes. We have a laundry area for complimentary tenant use. We also provide dry cleaning and laundry services with extra charges.
*We do not provide laundry powder due to allergies and skin sensitivities, however there are a number of brands available at the supermarket nearby.
Q : Is breakfast provided?
A :
We currently do not have any food and beverage outlets on site, however if you wish to have a few items to stock your pantry before you arrive, we offer a pre-arrival grocery shopping service. There are also many restaurants and eateries nearby.
Q : Is the internet free?
A :
Yes we provide complimentary Internet and WIFI throughout our properties.
Q : Is there a fully equipped kitchen?
A :
Yes. All our units have a fully equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, single hob electric cooker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and utensils.
Q : How far is it to the nearest MTR/metro station?
A :
All of our CHI properties are within 2-5 minutes walking distance to the MTR stations. Please refer to the Residences' Location or Access Map for detailed directions.
Q : What happens if I forget my key and come home late?
A :
We provide a 24-hour concierge, and one of our friendly night building assistants will help you get safely back to you apartment.
