Each of our apartment units are capable for 2 adults or 2 adults & 1 kid (aged under 12 years old); Maximum capable for 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 kids (aged under 12 years old) with a supplement charge. Extra Bed or Baby Cot can be arranged with supplement charge.
The rates quoted include Government Rates & Tax, Management Fees, Services Charges, Utility Charges and Broadband connection.
CHI has an "all welcome" pet policy and there will be a charge of HK$3,000 per month for each pet.
