• Promotion is subject to availability upon reservation request.

• Promotion is valid until 30 November 2019 for arrival date on or before 31 December 2019.

• Applicable to new direct reservations for Studio 340 sq ft (with in-room washing/drying machine) at CHI 138 with minimum stay of two calendar months.

• Monthly rate includes government rates and tax, management fee, services charges, utility charges, broadband connection and local calls.

• Advance payment of one month rental and one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) are required to secure reservation.

• No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the reservation is confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

• Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

• Extension of stay subject to price revision.

• Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
